I visited Korean Cuisine kimbap restaurant on a holiday afternoon, located just a short walk from Joshin Station. There are about three tables inside the restaurant where you can enjoy Korean Cuisine such as kimbap and chijimi with alcohol, but on this day I takeaway takeout. There are about eight types of kimbap, including the signature 500 yen Papaya Kimbap, named after the restaurant, Wagyu Bulgogi Kimbap, Fresh Vegetable Kimbap, Oni Kimbap, Pork Kimbap and Tuna Kimbap, Cheese Kimbap, and Burdock Kimbap, with prices ranging from 500 to 700 yen. You can also take out takeaway, japchae, and tteokbokki. I bought the Papaya Kimbap, which is the restaurant's signature item, with ingredients such as cucumber, burdock, carrot, and pickled radish, as well as a thin egg and fish sausage, but it's mainly vegetables. The rice wasn't too hard and just fell apart in my mouth, so it was quite delicious. If I have the chance, I'd like to try it with some chijimi or other dishes at the restaurant.
