この前お店の前をふらりと通り気になっていたお店へ。
13:30頃の日曜日、8割ほどのお客さんが埋まっている。
中華そば、味噌、台湾、煮干しと迷いながら
台湾をチョイス。
ストレートかちぢれ麺を選べたため、
ストレートに。
大将1人で作っているが手際よくこなしていました。
しばらく待って、着丼(^^)
おお！見るからにオイリー！
こりゃああっチーぜ！きっと。
スープをひと口。
熱いスープに負けない味の強さ！
ガツンとダシが効いてます！
麺はストレートをチョイスしたのですが
良く絡んで熱々の麺でした(^^)
台湾ミンチに
椎茸が入っていて、甘めなミンチです。
辛みは少ないので、
辛いの苦手な人も食べられますね！
しかしやはりあぶらがかなりくるので、
食べ切るのは辛かったのは事実。。
お酢とかもあるとさっぱりするのかなぁ。
この感じなら味噌食べてみたいなぁ〜。
気温が高くなる前に味噌を食べに再訪したいと思います。
