まだ新しい円頓寺横丁で気になっていた
立ち飲みのビアバーに行ってきました。
店内は開放的なオシャレモダンな雰囲気。
有名ソムリエが手がけるクラフトビールと
広東料理の立ち飲みスタイルのお店です。
早速、トリビーで乾杯から注文。

醸造免許の取得が９月頃になるそうなので
委託醸造しているクラフトビールでしたが
濃い味わいが抜群に美味しいです！！！
そして吊るされた窯焼きローストダックが
気になったので１人分のサイズで注文。
昔、香港で食べたような肉まで食べられる
ローストダックみたいで、梅肉と食べると
めっちゃ美味しいです！！！
お店がオープンエアな空間なので暑い日は
ちょっとキツイですが、開放的な雰囲気で
クラフトビールが楽しめて最高でした。
女性店長の接客もすごく良かったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
