久しぶりに塩ラーメンを食べに如水さんに伺いました。
11時過ぎに到着40分並びました。
塩ラーメン全部のせととろ湯葉丼の小を注文します、スープは相変わらず美味しいですね～やっぱりここが一番です!麺も大好きな細麺ですメンマやチャーシューも麺.スープにあいますね!様々な素材へのこだわりを感じます!
トロ湯葉丼はわさびと出汁でさっぱりといただきました。
