I made a reservation for this restaurant because I was meeting a friend from Nagoya for the first time in a while. We were shown to a nice private room and served by ladies in kimonos. Kisoji has a restaurant in Tokyo too, but I'd never been there before, so this was my first experience in the original location. I splurged and chose the "Narai" lunch set. I was listening to my friend's machine gun talk and thinking that I wouldn't really be able to appreciate the food (lol), but I spent about an hour and a half relaxing in the private room, even enjoying dessert. It was pretty much a full course meal of sashimi, Tempura, thinly sliced beef Steak, Simmered dish dishes, and chawanmushi. It was delicious.
