1時間ほどするとホールのスタッフさんが到着しますので、シェフはお料理に専念されます
デイリーセットは前菜4種のプレート+セットメニューの中から2種類選ぶもので、自分は「カニ味噌のクリームコロッケ」と「きのこのクレープ包みグラタン」をチョイス
