本日は奥さんと桜鮨さんへ3回目の訪問です。
季節の食材とおいしいお寿司が食べられるのがうれしいお店です。
電話で予約して来店してみると、カウンターの上にどでかいタコが！
三河湾の3キロの真ダコだそうです。早速タコぶつに。
大きいから硬いかと思ったら、食感はあるものの、やわらかく香りが良かったです。
私は珍味が大好きなので、今日のおすすめの鱈の白子を。
とてもクリーミーでポン酢と良く合う。
お寿司はまぐろ、皮はぎ、こはだ、北海道雲丹、穴子等、色々頂きましたが、特に鯖は脂が乗って美味しかったです。
イクラの醤油漬けも自家製でとても良い味付けでした。
日本酒好きな私にとっては、もうちょっと冷酒の種類があるとうれしいなぁ。
