PR for restaurants |
This restaurant serves fluffy Okonomiyaki with an indescribably delicious sweet sauce!
You can enjoy Okonomiyaki and Teppan-yaki in a retro atmosphere, and drink delicious sake♪ We are also confident in our selection of beers! In addition to Okonomiyaki, we also recommend doteni!! There |
I lived in Kurashiki City for three months in 2012. Okayama Prefecture is the second largest producer of Oyster in Japan. At its eastern end is Bizen City, famous for its pottery, and Hinase Town, which was annexed there, is famous for its kakioko. I lived there in the summer, not for Oyster. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to go. Well, you can make Okonomiyaki with Oyster even if you're not in an oyster producing area... When I went to work on a holiday and went home with my subordinate, we had a Chinese meal for lunch and still not full, but he said "Let's eat"... he just wanted to drink. It's next to [a:23013430, "Ajira"], which serves Nagoya's strange and disgusting "stewed udon" (← it's only in Nagoya that such a restaurant is highly rated). [b: Large draft beer @\800 Medium draft beer \500 Sour drinks \400 Highball \500 Edamame \280 Potato butter \380 Kakioko \800 Total just under 9,000 yen. ] Snacks were minimal. My subordinate's draft beer alone was almost half of the total ( ̄ロ ̄;) Now, as for Okonomiyaki Oyster, the size, freshness, juiciness, and doneness of the oysters, I think they were all standard. If you ask me which Okonomiyaki goes best with Oyster, Kansai style or Hiroshima style... I think the Hiroshima style, which is steamed and cooked slowly, is better.
