名古屋・矢田のイオンモールナゴヤドーム前２Ｆフードコートにある「リンガーハット」。この日はちゃんぽんと並ぶ長崎名物の皿うどんをいただきました。
新鮮な国産野菜をふんだんに使うことで定評のあるリンガーハットですが、バジルソース仕上げの「彩り野菜の皿うどん」はさらにパワーアップ。なんと一日の野菜摂取量350gをこれ一杯で食べることができるという皿うどんです。
キャンペーンで付けてもらった「薄皮ぎょうざ」も野菜たっぷり。ヘタなサラダを食べるより、よほど沢山の野菜をいただけたのかも知れません。
