休日のランチで、名古屋市千種区にある「インド・ネパール料理 UPAHAR」に行ってみた。
ランチメニューは全9種類のセットで、その中からSランチを注文‼︎
セット内容
彩り野菜とチキンのカレー
彩り野菜といってもカレーに溶け込んでいて、見た目は…なんだけど、野菜の甘味とカレーの辛味のバランスがちょうど良くて食べやすい。
ただ、チキンの存在が薄いのが気になったが…

ジャポニカ米のターメリックライスは炊き加減がふっくら‼︎
綺麗な黄金色に染まったライスは、甘みのある優しい味で、カレーとの相性も良い。
