どうしてももう少しパンを買って帰りたくて調べてみたらこちらがヒットしたので、夕方伺ってみたのが『パン・ド・ジャルダン』さん♬.*ﾟ
バリエーション豊富でハード系が美味しそうだったのでハード系を購入。
店内はおじ様2人が購入されてました。
◎ベーコンエピ 280円
キメの細かい感じの生地でフランスパンと同じ生地をお使いのようですが、何だか味がしない気がしまして…口の中でのパサつきも半端ないしたまたま私の味覚がイカれてたのか。残念でした( ߹꒳߹ )
◎バゲット 330円
しっかりと香ばしく焼かれたバゲットでクラムの気泡も良い感じ〜クリームチーズとベーコンを挟んで少しリベイクして頂きましたが、こちらも何故かめちゃくちゃ水分が取られ小麦の風味が少なくシンプルなのでサンド系にして食べるといい?!個人的には香り豊かで噛めば噛むほど甘みや旨味を感じバターやオリーブオイルで食べるのが好きなので物足りない感じでした。
◎いちぢくとクルミのカンパーニュ 300円
こちらはハーフサイズで購入。大きなドライフルーツの無花果の存在感が凄く甘い。生地のライ麦とクルミかリベイクすると香ばしいけど無花果のしっとり感もあり美味しかったです。
生地からの旨味がなくて残念でしたが、ライ麦が入った無花果とクルミは美味しかったです。
シンプルなお味でサンド系ならいいのかも…
クロワッサンやアップルパイみたいなデニッシュ系も美味しそうだったのでそちらにすれば良かったかな？
