蓬萊軒は整理券を配って入れる気がしないし、
街中の老舗も予約受けずで並ぶこと必至。
百名店で見つけたのがこちらでした。
徳川美術館の近くで、名駅や栄ではないからか、
私が行った時は開店少し過ぎていても並ばずに入れてラッキー。
有楽町にも進出を果たした「うな富士」で修行された方が開いたそうですね。
予約は1テーブルのみで、伺って理由がわかりました。さほど店内は広くなく、予約ばかりとっていたらフリーのお客様が来れません。
店内はこじんまりとしてすごく小綺麗で和とモダンが融合した感じでした。
並を注文したのに出てきたうなぎは器から溢れそうなほど。うなぎにランクはなく、量で値段が変わるとのこと。外はパリッとして中はホクホク。
頼んだ肝も美味しかった。
スタッフの方はとても丁寧な接客。お茶がなくなると頼んでいなくてもすぐに淹れに来てくださいました。気配りがすごい。
また名古屋に行ったらリピートします。美味しいお店に巡り会えて良かった。
