I visited Gaia's Dawn around the time it was broadcast to see what it was like. The feature of this place is that the customer service is systemized. There seems to be a story and lines for each group of guests. It felt more like a maid cafe than a conceptual Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). All customers are served by girls wearing short yukatas that show off their body lines. Most of the girls working part-time are energetic, smiling, and working hard just as they were taught to do, so I feel sorry for them, but I felt like they were letting their colors show. My girlfriend was the one I went with, but she interrupted our conversation and made me laugh (´・∀・`) Food Overall, they rely on the production area and freshness, and don't rely on their cooking ability. I felt that it was for the sake of systematization. The appetizer is a whole cucumber. wonderful. Miso is also delicious. I think the freshness of things like tataki chicken is delicious, and the place of origin is clearly marked. It was my first time eating jitokko, but it was sooty and salty, and I didn't think it was delicious at all. The girl made fried rice with the leftover fat. Apparently it was made by a girl. It wasn't delicious (´;Д;`) When I asked for the bill, they asked me my name and it took a while, but I wrote my name on a plate with a picture on it and put something like agar candy on it. He served it to me. I was so moved by this that I thought it was amazing, and then I looked at it on the way home.∑(゚Д゚) ,,,Why not just rewrite the name and reuse it? . . (´・∀・`) Moreover, there are several types on the shelf at room temperature. I wonder if it's hygienic. Personally, I had the impression that it was too Sukima Sangyo and more like an entertainment store than a restaurant. I don't think it's bad, but I can't go there anymore.
