名古屋市東区芳野、名鉄瀬戸線森下駅すぐにあるラーメン屋、旅風車さんです。
平日のお昼に一人で訪問。
近くに提携コインパーキングがあるのでそちらに駐車。
駅近の立地ですが、パーキングがあるのは嬉しいですね。
先客は一組、後客は二組。
お客さんの入りはボチボチといったところですね。
まずは券売機で。
濃厚野菜味玉つけ麺をポチっと。
中盛か追い飯がサービスとのことなので、中盛でお願いしました。
到着までは10分弱。
つけ麺なので許容範囲内。
★濃厚野菜味玉つけ麺
まずは魚粉を溶かさずに頂きます。
比較的あっさりとした野菜ポタージュスープ。
それに合わせる麺が旨いね！
次に魚粉を溶かして。
おっ！かなり旨くなります。
野菜の甘味と魚粉の旨味。
これはいいね。
しかも、具材にも野菜がたっぷり！
にんじん、モヤシ、キャベツ、青ネギ。
これは素敵。
野菜つけ麺と名乗るだけあって、スープでもトッピングでも野菜を堪能できる美味しいつけ麺でした。
