マトンカレー
ルーはスープのようにサラサラしていて、小ぶりの骨付きのマトンが一つ入っていたわ！
トマトの酸味と黒糖のようなコクのある甘みがあって、それに加えてマトンの旨みと深みのあるカレーだったわ！
ダール
ダールには、豆がたくさん入っていて、豆が煮崩れするほどしっかりと煮込まれていて、ドロドロとしていたわ！
クミンとニンニクが効いていてパンチのあってハッキリとした味付けのダールね！

汁気が無くて、ジャガイモのホクホク感がしっかりと感じられるわね！
ニンニクとクミンが効いていてパンチがあり、タマリンドのフルーティーが酸味もあって味がしっかりとしてるわね！
それに舌を刺す辛さと熱くなる辛さがあって激辛だったわ！
タルカリって、カレー風味のジャガイモの和え物って感じのお店が多いけど、ここのはスパイスがしっかり効いていて、いかにもエスニックって感じの味わいだったわ！
ゴルベラ・コ・アチャール
ゴルベラ・コ・アチャールはネパールのトマトソースよ！
トマトケチャップに近い味で、舌を刺す唐辛子の辛さで激辛だったわ！
サーグ
サーグは、バターのまろやかさがありつつも、ニンニクが効いていてハッキリとした味付けだったわ！
それに加えて、しっかりとクミンの風味もあってスパイシーね！
チャットニー
タマリンドの酸味と、唐辛子の舌を刺す辛さ、そして塩味が強く感じられたわ！
ニンジンやダイコンと一緒に和えられていて、野菜のスパイス風味のお漬物って感じの料理だったわ！
ディド
ディドは、モチモチふわふわとした柔らかめの食感で舌触りがなめらかだったわ！
ほんのりと雑穀っぽい風味があるけど、それほどクセがなくて食べやすいわね！
移転後の仙台のエベレストや、新大久保のベトガドのディドに近いわね！
それより柔らかくて、ガーナ料理のココンテ（キャッサバ粉で作った餅）っぽかったわ！
ヨーグルト
ヨーグルトは砂糖が入ってない甘くないものだったわ！
カレーや副菜と一緒に混ぜて食べるとスパイスの角がとれてまろやかな味にしてくれる存在だったわ！
