守山区の守山口交差点近くにオープンしたラーメン店。
ラーメン店「熟成豚骨ラーメン 戸島」が屋号を変えてリニューアルオープンしたお店です。
注文は、テーブルに設置されたiPadから行う方式。
漬物やキムチなどは食べ放題。
贅沢泡豚骨ラーメン（1,080円）を頼んだ。
豚骨スープと1番相性のいい出汁を合わせ1杯ずつブレンダーで泡立てたクリーミーな泡豚骨スープに、博多細麺を合わせたラーメン。
豚骨ラーメン特有の臭みやクドさをそぎ落とし、豚骨が苦手でも食べやすく改良を重ねたスープが特徴のラーメンだった。
PayPay支払いに対応してた。
