11月10日、ランチは名古屋市守山区にある「俺の豚骨総本店」へ(^o^)♪
11:40、来店。
出入り口付近にあるカウンター席に通されました。
こちらはタブレットからオーダー。
今回はお得なセットメニューから満腹（黒泡、唐揚２個、半炒飯）、キクラゲとネギのトッピングを、1850円。
まずはトッピング2品が。
それから黒泡豚骨、半炒飯、唐揚げが次々とサーブ！？
テーブルに掲げてある看板の指示通り、20秒以内に写真を撮り、スープから。
エスプーマらしい繊細さがまた黒い油のコクと相まって、不思議な感覚(^o^)♪
麺の硬さはハリガネに、これこれ！
トッピングのネギとキクラゲを半分ずつラーメンのなかに投入(^_-)-☆
半炒飯、丁度いい濃さ！
唐揚げ、なんとなく山賊焼きに近い風味と食感！？
これ美味いな～(≧∇≦)b
替玉もハリガネで、150円。
今度はセルフコーナーから高菜を貰い、それも残りのトッピングと共に投入(^_-)-☆
具沢山に！？
食べ終わると、確かに満腹(笑)
12:25まで滞在。
店員たちの連携がスゴくとれてますね、あと元気いいわ～(*^^*)
