The store name has an impact.The parking lot is spacious and easy to park.It was a little early for lunch.I entered the store and looked around (・д・ = ・д・) for the ticket vending machine, but I was guided to the counter by a super energetic clerk. There is a tablet-type terminal at the counter.The clerk is carefully explaining to an old man who seems to be unfamiliar with the empty counter seat.Employees are well trained.It's wonderful❗ * Awa Tonkotsu x Half-fried rice set As soon as I returned from the self-service corner where pickles and pickled ginger were placed, the rice bowl was served.It was extremely quick.There was a thin large-sized chargrilled pork on top❗, green onions, and wood ear fungus❗.Simply said, it was simple.I could hear the motor coming from the kitchen for a while. This is what the sound is❗ Pork bone espuma❗ The bubbles are smooth and have a good texture, something new to me. The soup itself is light.
