I had something to do in Ozone, so I went to Tombi for the first time in a while. This is the newest of restaurant, so it's clean, bright and modern with large windows. We added the much-rumored green onion Salted beef tongue to the all-you-can-drink course that includes seitan, fillet kaku, Cold Noodles, and other specialties. [Appetizer] Assorted kimchi/mixture Namul/salad [Salt-grilled] Raw top tongue with salt/broiled tempura Pork fatty tuna/fillet fillet [Chopstick rest] One cucumber [Grilled with sauce] Top short ribs/loin/skirt skirt [Miso-grilled] Assorted hormones [ [Ending] Cold Noodles or Jangkuppa [Dessert] Today's dessert The tongue has never been frozen and is soft. The much-talked-about green onion Salted beef tongue is made by forming a bag of exquisite thickness and filling it with green onion salt. If you grill it a little better than usual and steam the green onion salt inside, it will give you an exquisite texture and a sizzling spring onion salt that will make you irresistible (*´ω`*) Raw Tongue Salt It's lightly grilled, and you can't go wrong with it. Other than the tongue, everything else was pretty average, and the fillet wasn't quite as good as I expected (ΦωΦ) However, Cold Noodles weren't slimy and the soup stock was surprisingly elegant and delicious. The road to Golden Tong is long, but I'll do my best. Thank you for the meal♪
