黒川の炭火焼肉こたろうで楽しく飲んだ後は
黒川駅すぐの此方にシメラーで行ってきました。
店内は奥に長いモダンな落ち着いた雰囲気。
気になるメニューは元祖、昭和の台湾ラーメン、
進化系、令和台湾ラーメンの２つなんですが…
令和台湾ラーメン（890円）を注文。
仕上げに、ブレンダーでクリーミーに泡立てる
ニンニクがしっかり効いた濃厚な旨辛スープは
もちもちの平打ち麺と台湾ミンチがよく絡んで
一体感が抜群に美味しいです！！！
これは飲んだ後にはたまらない一杯ですね。
店主もすごく感じが良かったです。
