地下鉄黒川駅3番出口近くにあるラーメン・まぜそばのお店です。東海ローカルのテレビ番組「タイチサン！」でも紹介されたことがあるようで、店頭にポップが出ておりました。本日は晩ご飯にてお邪魔しました。
本店自慢のメニューは六種類の野菜を使用した「六菜〇〇ラーメン」です。このラーメンは六種類（水菜、もやし、ニラ、青ネギ、白ネギ、海苔）＋台湾ミンチがトッピングされており、昭和・平成・令和と辛さの選択も可能です。
本日は六菜令和台湾ラーメン（950円）に味玉（100円）を付けて注文しました。注文自体は店頭の券売機で行うため、席では注文したラーメンを受け取るのみとなっており、システマチックな流れになっています。
ラーメンに使用される平打ち麺はスープとよく絡み、啜るたびに美味しさが口いっぱいに広がります。六菜それぞれの食感、香りと、台湾ミンチの旨味にもマッチしています。令和台湾ラーメンは辛味こそあるものの、それなりにマイルドになっているため辛いのが苦手でも台湾ラーメンが食べたい方にもおススメできます。
