この場所は以前焼肉サカイでしたがいつのまにかお店が変わっていました。たまたま通りかかったので寄ってみました。新規OPENしてどれくらいなのかは店員さんのマニュアル感満載の接客でなんとなくわかりましたが、店内の雰囲気がめちゃくちゃいい感じ‼️
飛騨牛をメインにした焼肉屋さん。
車で来たので今日はご飯と肉でお腹いっぱいになろうと思い塩たんと飛騨牛ロース、カルビ、ホルモン、キムチ盛り，ご飯大盛りを注文。
写真にはないけど変わったコーラがあったのでそれも注文。
そのコーラが私の苦手なニッキの味がして即烏龍茶に変更。
飛騨牛が到着。あたりさわりない飛騨牛の良さを感じながらコシヒカリをパクリ。、、、、。
ご飯はただ炊けばいいってもんじゃないぞっ‼️って感情が湧き出るくらいこのお店の本気度を感じました。
お肉だけ焼いてお店の雰囲気を味わって帰ってきました。とさ。
