I visited Maruaki in Hida Takayama, which is about a 4-minute walk from Chayagasaka Station. Although it is close to the station, there are plenty of parking lots, so it is easy to use by car. This is a new store that opened in March 2023. I had Hida beef at a restaurant called "Maruaki" which is famous in Hida Takayama.When I sat in a box seat, it was very modern.You can order from your smartphone using a QR code.・I ordered Hida beef fillet, Hida beef skirt steak, assorted kimchi, choregi salad, shoulder loin, misuji, and stone-grilled bibimbap. Drinks are draft beer and Yamazaki Highball. After ordering, the staff brought out charcoal-grilled seven wheels. The prices are higher than chain stores, but more reasonable than high-end stores.
