It smells really bad! It's best to wear washable clothes as the residue will remain the next day. I had it with the famous grilled liver rare and it was delicious. Grilled tail, lean meat loin, white senmai, and avocado kimchi are also recommended. It seemed like refined salt was used, which was disappointing.
