数量限定で残念ながら､すでに完売でした。
ヒレもロースも味わいたかったので両方をシェアで。

⭐︎ぶた福メンチかつ(1ケ) 550円
とんかつは薄衣で断面は綺麗な桜色。
肉厚でボリュームあります。
お塩､わさび､西洋わさびの醤油漬け
とんかつソース､胡麻ソースが添えられていて
まずはお塩でいただき､いろいろ試しました。
衣はサクサクでお肉はやわらかでジューシーです。
脂は甘みがあり､しつこくない。
衣が軽いので食べやすいです。
個人的にはお塩でいただくのが一番好きですが
胡麻ソースも美味しかったです。
メンチかつは､ふわっとしててジューシー
こちらも美味しいです。
