前にお店の前を通り、興味を持ち、いつか伺いたいと思っていました。やっと念願かなって日曜日のお昼にお邪魔しました。
予約できないというので、開店30分前にお店の前の予約リストに名前を書いて、ご近所を散歩しながら待ちました。4組目で、11：00入店の順番待ち間に合いましたので、15分前の10：45にはお店に戻り、注文をスタッフさんにお伝えします。
店内は古民家を改装した素敵な空間。カウンターの天井は、2階まで吹き抜けです。おしゃれ〜。
今回は特選のオススメも迷いましたが、初めてなので王道で、
メンチカツとロースカツの定食
上ヒレカツ定食
でいきました。
塩とワサビ、ソース、みそだれがついてきますが、みなさんオススメの塩、塩とワサビが、抜群に合います。肉の旨みが良くわかります。お肉は柔らかすぎることはなく、しっかりとかみごたえがあり、旨みが楽しめるとんかつです。
ボリュームも結構あります。
とんかつ好きにはぜひ試していただきたいお店です。素敵な空間はデートにもオススメかも。
