同僚の退職を本郷にあるダリさんで祝わせてもらいました。
事前に量が多いと聞いていたので、4000円のコースを予約し、足りなければアラカルトで注文しようと考えていましたが、結論から言うとコース料理だけで十分でした。
着席するとドリンクメニューを渡してくれたので、カヴァを注文。
暑かったので炭酸が心地よいです。
そうこうしていると前菜がやってきました。
スペインサラミの脂身がカヴァによく合います。
メインは魚と鶏から選べたので、赤ピーマンの魚詰めトマトソースをチョイス。
これがなかなか面白く、魚もトロトロになるほど煮込まれていて、トマトに旨味がたっぷり溶け込んでいました。
魚料理というよりスープに近い感覚です。
しかし、これにバケットを浸して食べると食べごたえもあり、メインに大変身！
そんな料理でした。
そして、ダリの名物パエジャ。
魚介や野菜の出汁をお米が全部吸収していて、こんなにおいしいパエジャは初めてかも？
お米の固さも程よく残っていて、大満足でした。
全体的に野菜が多めで、味付けも優しいダリさん。
他にも気になるメニューがたくさんあったので、今度はアラカルトで注文してみたいです。
