名古屋市天白区にあるとんかつ店、平日の１１時頃にランチ目的での訪問。
テーブル席に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

駐車場は店舗北側にあり、店内はテーブル席が並ぶ落ち着き感ある空間。
開店１０分前に到着も既に８名ほどが並んでおり、その人気ぶりに驚いた。
開店時刻には行列は更に伸び、１巡目で入店できない客もいるほど。
最奥のテーブル席へ案内され、お目当てだったえびかつ定食を注文。
混み合っているにも関わらず、意外に早く料理が提供された。
断面萌えする見事なビジュアルの海老カツ、よく見てみると大葉も入っている。
サクサク衣に包まれた海老の旨味と大葉のアクセント、旨いとしか出てこない。
同時に提供されたタルタルソースや梅マヨソースで頂く他、レモンや卓上のソースでも味わえる。
やはりタルタルソースが一番よく合うように感じるが、梅マヨソースはやや塩味が強く感じてしまった。
これと同時に運ばれてきた味噌汁、なんと土鍋ごと熱々の状態でビックリ。
食事中に何度かスタッフがキャベツのお代わりを尋ねに来たが、お言葉に甘えて２度もお代わり。
卓上にはキュウリの浅漬けと梅干しが置かれており、嬉しい要素が多すぎ。
食べ終えた頃を見計らって、下膳と同時に食後のコーヒーの用意を。
一輪挿しの水仙と共に、香り高いホットコーヒー。
百名店と期待しての訪問だったが、想像以上に充実したランチタイムだった。
