うなぎは間違い無く、贅沢な食事だ。
価格はもちろんだが、満足度がとても高い
(当然、美味しければの条件つきであるが)
まるやさんはひつまぶしで名前を売ってきたので
メニューもコレ中心。ひつまぶし並びにうなぎ嫌いでなければ、大満足なメニューのラインナップで低い評価をしようがない。
上ひつまぶし4550円といろどり御膳4250円
お酒を飲まないのに1人4500円はなかなか良い値段だけど満足度も高い。
お店にはいろいろ拘りもあって、お出汁は熱々で提供するため必要な時にあらためて注文するとか。
薬味は追加自由とか。
一緒に提供される昆布とうなぎの佃煮もセットの一品でも良いのに、説明とともにお試しくださいとだされたら特別感は増すよな。
何を書いてるかわからなくなってきたけど、要はまた食べたい‼︎ってことでしたwww

上ひつまぶし4550円+ごはん大盛り150円+肝吸変更150円、いろどり御膳4250円
名古屋の鰻は蒸さないタイプだけど、コレぐらい香ばしいとひつまぶしにはピッタリかも。
そのままでも薬味をのせても、茶漬けでも鰻と炭火焼きの香がシッカリあって格別の風味がある。
鰻重や鰻丼なら蒸しが良いけど、ひつまぶしなら蒸さないのが美味しい。
