こちらで提供されるお料理の器は、全てスタジオmのもの。
両隣にスタジオmの器屋さんとリネンのお店がありました。使い心地を実感して、お隣で商品を購入できていいですね。
山椒ひじきごはんは、ひじきの炊き込みご飯に、山椒の粉がふりかけてありました。
メインの鶏肉には、レモンの効いた薬味、下には菜の花とエリンギ上にラディッシュが添えられていて、春らしく彩りも綺麗でした。
うどとグレープフルーツのピクルスが私の中で大ヒット！ピンクペッパーがいいアクセントで、グレープフルーツとの相性も良くとても美味しかったです。
桜アイスの器が、くすんだピンクとマットな質感で、可愛くて欲しくなりした♡
