仕事で天白に出張した帰りに寄りました。
早めの夕食をということで何店舗か調べたら16時から営業しているのがここのみだったので訪問しました。
ひつまぶしを注文しました。
定食の吸い物を肝吸いにすると追加料金がかかるのが少しモヤっとしました。
入り口を開けた瞬間にこの日は宮崎県産のうなぎを使っているという看板があり、店主の正直な心意気を感じました。
ひつまぶしのうなぎはふわっともちもち柔らかい蒸して焼いたようなうなぎでした。
値段の割に少し量は少なめでしたが、茶漬け用の出汁がとても美味しく感じました。
