来ました！スタンダードなインドネパール系では名古屋一との呼び声も高いバンチャガル！百名店にもラインナップ。
あまり広くない店内は満席。流石の人気ぶり。連休とはいえわざわざインドネパール系を目指してくる客は多くないはず。この繁盛ぶりは確かに名古屋一。独特系店舗ならエリックサウスの方が並ぶけど。あとカルナータカーもスタンダードではないので比較対象外。
メニューは他店より少しだけ高め。でも100円程度の差かな。安いセットだとナンお代わり不可なので注意。頼んだのはバンチャガルセット1400円。二種類のカレーに選べるナン、カバブ二種サラダ飲み物デザートとフル装備。
サラダ手が込んでる。各種野菜の上にスパイスとインドネパール風ドレッシング。スープはあっさりで普通。そこにカシミールナンと料理一式が登場。
カシミールナンはかなり甘くてデザートナン好きにはたまらない。ココナッツの風味が強いかな？満足の味わい。なぜかカットされてないので自分でナイフを使い切り分ける。
カレーはキーマサグにシーフードの組み合わせ。辛さは記載されている中では一番辛い7辛にしてみた。共にしっかり素材の旨みを活かしながらバランス良く仕上げてある。美味しい。
シークカバブとレシミカバブも肉がしっかり詰まっていて風味が強い。他店のものより明らかにずっしり重い。これはビールが進みそう。
お代わりしてみたプレーンナンはモチモチ系。ほのかに甘くカレーと良く合う。自分は好きな味わい。
うん、確かに普通のインドネパール系では一番美味しいかもしれない。個々の料理だけなら他店にも光る物はあるけど総合的にはビンディカより上かもしれない。そこは好みにもよるし自分なら駐車場もあって安価で空いてるビンディカに行くけども。
唯一の問題はやはり立地。コインパ必須の星ヶ丘なので車族には優しくない。
