祝日の16時前に休憩に寄りました。店内は先客が数名のみ。好きな席を選び放題でした。店内奥のテーブル席へ着席し、注文したメニューは注文概要の通りです。
・プレーン・パンケーキ（税込 880円）評価＝△
生地自体は甘味なし。食感は柔らかくふわふわでトロトロ。甜菜糖のシロップで甘みを調整できるのが嬉しいです。焼きたてのところに、バターをのせてあり塩味を効かしてあります。塩味と甘み、香ばしい旨味のバランスで頂くと美味しい。ホイップは甘さがしっかりとつけてあるので、少しだけ付けて頂きました。
・パイナップルとココナッツのタルト（税込 649円）評価＝△
タルト生地の上にたっぷりのホイップクリームとココナッツファインが振り掛けられています。カットされたパイナップルも並べられています。タルト生地は中身も周囲も硬めの食感。甘味もしっかりとついています。パイナップルは酸味が効いたもので、タルトやクリームとの対比を楽しめます。タルト、クリームともに、甘めに味付けされているので、個人的にはどちらかを控えめにしてもらった方が嬉しいかな。

ミントのような香りのハーブティーです。爽やかな味わいです。飲みやすく清々しい気持ちにさせてくれます。癖のない誰でも気軽に飲める飲み口です。大きめのマグカップで、たくさん入っているのが嬉しいです。

しっかりローストが効いているさコーヒーです。香りは苦味を漂わせる香ばしい香り。味わいは苦味が強く、コクは控えめ、酸味は、ほぼ無し。コクを抑えてあるので、あっさりとした飲み口。ゴクゴク飲めて苦味が後味をさっぱりさせます。個人的には、苦味と酸味のバランスを味わいたかったかな。
