久しぶりにイタリアンがいただきたくなり、平針のピーチェリーノさんへ。美味しかった印象があり再訪です。主菜を加えたCランチと悩みましたが、パスタを良いものにしてBランチにすることとしました。最近、タケノコ、ホタルイカ、菜の花系が続いていたのでクリームソース系にしてみました。

◾️前菜盛り合わせ
・黒鯛とホタルイカのカルパッチョ
・ボロニヤソーセージとマスカルポーネ
・オリーブのクロスティーニ
・ケークサレ
・カボチャの冷製ポタージュスープ
カルパッチョはバジルソースでさっぱりしていてはバジル好きにはたまらない。ホタルイカとも合うんだなぁと実感。
ソーセージは折り畳まれたソーセージの間にマスカルポーネが隠されていて触感と味に驚きがあり面白い。
オリーブは前菜としてはイタリアでは定番なので嬉しい。バケットと合わせると美味しい。
カボチャの冷製ポタージュスープはカボチャ独特の舌触りがありつつポタージュのまろやかさ、甘さとマッチしていて一味違って感じました。
野菜も取れて贅沢な前菜。
久しぶりに来たけど味が上がっている感じがします。
◾️赤海老とうにのトマトクリーム生パスタ
赤海老とトマトの酸味とウニの甘みと苦味がうまく絡み合って平打ち麺によく合います。
◾️ティラミスとエスプレッソ
カカオパウダーが細かくてマスカルポーネが柔らかく優しい味。個人的にはエスプレッソに浸したフィンガービスケットの上にマスカルポーネが乗っている方が好きですが、これもこれでありか。
エスプレッソと合わせて涼しい風を感じながら食べられて贅沢。初夏はドアを開けていても陽射しと風を感じられて、美味しさもワンランク引き立つ感じ。
とても楽しめました。
久しぶりに来たけど、前回よりも味と店の雰囲気も上がった感じがします。茶系とレモン系の内装もどこかイタリアを思い起こさせてくれて良い感じ。
また来たいお店リストに入りました。
