酸味のあるラーメンが食べたくて、酸辣湯セットをオーダー。
小籠包3個と杏仁豆腐がセットでした。
刻み生姜を先に置いていったので、黒酢としょう油を入れて準備。
籠の中には熱々の小籠包があり、箸で先を摘まんで破れないようにレンゲに受け取り生姜を添えて頂きます。
酸辣湯のラーメンは茹ですぎなのか柔らかめ。
味は酸味が効いて美味しい。
