This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located about 5 minutes walk from Fujigaoka subway station.I was a little curious about this restaurant as it moved to this location in April 2017, but you can make a reservation on Tabelog even for one person. Since it was available, I made a reservation for a weekday night and went. The restaurant has 10 counter seats and 3 tatami tables, and although it wasn't very crowded when we arrived around 7:30 pm, it was almost full by the time we left. What I received was a 5,000 yen course consisting of kimchi, salad, thick-sliced premium tongue, an assortment of five types of specially selected Wagyu beef, a nigiri of grilled Wagyu beef, lemon cold noodles, and Cold Noodles. That day's five-course platter was rib roast, lamboso, ichibo, rump, and tsurami, all of which were delicious, but what I particularly liked were the rib roast and lamboso. The rib roast was fatty, but it wasn't greasy at all and had a sweet, greasy taste. On the other hand, the Lamboso had a strong meaty flavor that was irresistible. And lemon Cold Noodles, this is actually one dish I was looking forward to. The noodles are my favorite, Morioka Cold Noodles, and I absolutely love the texture. The soup was somewhat reminiscent of hiyashi chuka, and the lemon wasn't as strong as I expected, but it was delicious and I really liked it. I felt it was a little lacking in terms of quantity, but I guess that's just the right amount. I was quite satisfied with the taste of the meat, so if I have a chance, I would like to visit again. At that time, of course, I will also have lemon Cold Noodles ♪
