白を基調としたお店の前には薪が積んであり、前を通る度に気になっていました。
薪料理をいただけるのはディナーのみなので、こちらは夜に行くのが真髄かと思います。
予約の電話時に、薪料理は時間がかかるので、メインの薪料理だけ決めておけば適切なタイミングで提供できるとのことで、仔羊と牛肉をチョイス。
小さな子ども連れでも温かく迎えてくださり、奥様のメニューの説明がとても丁寧で有難い。
人気だという玉ねぎのタルトは真っ黒になるまで飴色に炒めた玉ねぎが、スイーツのように甘くてとても美味しかった。
メインの薪料理も、香ばしくて火の通り加減が最高。取り分けて食べましたが、子ども達はどれも完食。(贅沢〜)
また、デザートがどれも美味しくて、お腹いっぱいでも取り合いで無くなりました。
コース料理もいいけれど、アラカルトで選ぶ楽しさがあり、どれを頼んでも外れがなく、メニュー名から想像する以上のクオリティのものが提供され、とても楽しいディナーでした！
ランチも気になるけれど、ぜひ夜にこそ訪問すべきだと思います。
