久しぶりにこちらに。
生中スタート。
厚切り牛タン、上カルビ、ハラミ、味噌漬けレバー、せんまい刺し、さくらユッケなど。
肉の質は上になると良い。
ヒレ、シャトーブリアンは佐賀牛だった。
久しぶりに、飲みながら焼肉。
やはり、良いです。
あまり知られてないが肉は良い
久しぶりに再訪。
チョレギサラダ、厚切り牛タン、桜ユッケからスタート。
家で作るよりなぜサラダは美味しいんだろ？
レタスにごま油、韓国海苔、ドレッシングだけなのに。
桜ユッケは卵が濃厚で美味しい。
厚切り牛タンもやはりペラペラ冷凍よりこれ食べなきゃって感じです。
上カルビ、上はらみ、上ホルモンも美味しい。
ネギタン塩追加。ペラペラはやはり物足りない。
ニンニクはらみ追加。
チューブにんにくかな？香りと辛さが落第。
卵かけご飯は特製ラー油で美味しい、
締めはテールスープ。
味はさっぱりで薬膳みたいだが、肉と野菜が少ないかな。
肉はいい肉あり。
あまりこの店が知られていないのは、場所と落第がちょっとあることかな。
因みにリーズナブルに肉、コースにしたらこんなに支払いはかかりません。

Visited again after a long time. Thick-sliced tongue is still delicious. Regular tongue is round, sliced, or frozen. I thought it was thickly sliced. Other, meat and tail soup are also delicious.
