4.5年ぶりの訪問。以前は麺はちゃんぽん。
今回、担々麺が加わっていた。
セットがお得なので ねらいをさだめた担々麺に餃子のセットを注文。
ドリンクは、果物たっぷりシリーズが魅力なので、 ごろごろいちごのサワーに。相方は、白桃おろしサワー。
果物は冷凍。 やっとサワーがおいしくなる季節がきたのはうれしい。
餃子専門店らしく餃子メニューが豊富。 青シソの水餃子も注文。
たれのお薦めも記載あり。 水餃子にはラー油のおわりに柚子胡椒が推奨とのこと。小皿を二つ用意し、餃子用と水餃子用で作って味わった。
その他 一般のメニューもあり
その中から 枝豆、青梗菜を。
★担々麺
欠航本格的。 忠太の縮れ麺。ねぎに青梗菜、半玉子、黒胡麻にもやし。
結構辛く、スープも濃厚で美味しい。相方には辛すぎるとのことでさらに冷やしざる中華も注文。こちらも餃子セットで。
こちらは、スープは 冷やし中華の酢系のスープ。具はなく〆によい。
普通の居酒屋とは異なるメニューとなり楽しめました。
