名駅や栄ではないので、なかなか頻繁に行けないのですが、大好きなビストロです！
混んで予約取れないの嫌だからほんとは紹介したくない笑でも可愛いし美味しいし、お料理がカラフルで素敵だから書きます❣️）
ここは上社駅から徒歩4分のところにあるコンヴィエ
駐車場も少しあるので、車でも行くことができます
住宅地にある、隠れ家的なお店でガヤガヤせず、
美味しくお料理を堪能することができるお店です
この日オーダーしたのは、
バーニャカウダ、本日のお野菜スープ、
たっぷり野菜のパスタ、ガーリックトースト、
サーモンとホタテ季節の野菜のソテー、和牛肩ロース☺️

どのお料理にもお野菜がたくさん入ってるんです♪
これが私の大好きポイント
魚のお皿を見ても、お肉のお皿を見ても
野菜が入ってますよね
健康的になれるのがいい♀️
バーニャカウダは、本当にカラフルで
にじいろバーニャカウダと勝手に名付けました笑
真ん中のソースはちょっと酸味があって、
マヨネーズ感覚
ソースが美味しすぎて、
最後まですくって食べちゃいました☺️
そして本日のスープはコーンポタージュ
濃厚なスープが体内を循環して、
栄養が染み渡る感じがしました
そして、野菜がたくさん入ったパスタ
この日は、アスパラとオクラが入っていて
夏野菜をたくさん摂取できました❣️
そして魚料理が、サーモンとホタテ季節の野菜のソテー
レモンバターソースがさっぱりしてて、
これも夏を感じました
パプリカ、ズッキーニ、カボチャなど本当にたくさんで、
ゴロゴロお野菜なので食べ応えもあってめっちゃ好き
エディブルフラワーもしっかり食べました
黒毛和牛肩ロースとアスパラのソテーは
和風ソースでいただきました
柔らかくて、脂身が少なくて、ちょっと濃いめの味付けで、でもくどくなくて、ガツンと美味しかったです♀️
デザートは洋梨のタルトと、
ラムレーズンとピスタチオのアイス
タルトはしっとりしてて、
洋梨の甘味と酸味が生地にマッチして美味しかった
アイスはまずひと玉が大きい❣️
タルトとアイスっていう組み合わせで
オーダーするの正解でした♀️
