新発売のカルメギセットとサムギョプサルのネギ塩をオーダー。
カルメギサルは豚の横隔膜と砂肝の間の赤身肉で、シコシコとしてあっさり味です。
サムギョプサルは大きいものをカットしながら焼くイメージでしたが、カットされていて焼きやすい。
鉄板の縁に油が入っている所にニンニクを入れて温め、その横の周辺には卵を流し入れてくれたものを出来上がると食べるのですが、これをサムギョプサルのたれで食べると美味しい。サムギョプサルのタレは酢が入ってあっさり味です。
サンチェとえごまの葉にネギ、豆もやし、キムチ、辛味噌、ニンニクと肉を入れて美味しく頂きました。
野菜たっぷりでご飯は必要なく満腹になりました。
