牛たんだけでお米かなり無くなってた。
ｱﾐﾚﾊﾞは内蔵を覆ってる網目の脂肪がﾚﾊﾞｰに巻き付けてあって、ﾊﾟｻﾊﾟｻ感のあるﾚﾊﾞｰもｼﾞｭｰｼｰに食べられる。
これが本当に美味しくて。
