地下鉄高架下にあった「炭焼き海鮮バル オルサリーノ 藤が丘店」が移転オープン。
オーナーシェフの熊川さんは、イタリアフィレンツェの「トラットリア・アッカディ」や「リストランテ・カンティーナ・バルバジャンニ」、トスカーナ地方にあるミシュランガイド イタリアで2つ星に選ばれた「リストランテ・アルノルフォ」で研鑽し、名古屋に戻ってきてから「ドディチ・マッジョ」、「トラットリア・トペ」などで働いた後、独立された方。
2016年に自ら第一種銃猟免許を取得し、ハンターでもある。
蝦夷鹿のミートソース平打ちパスタ (1380円）、おまかせタパス3種盛り合わせ（880円）などを頼んだ。
おまかせタパス3種盛り合わせは、人参とキャベツのオレンジマリネ、紅茶鴨のスモーク、うずら玉子のスモーク漬けで、どれも量があり、食べ応えがあった。
蝦夷鹿のミートソース平打ちパスタは、鹿肉を使ったミートソースが大量に掛けられていて、もっちりとした生パスタが鹿のミートソースによく合っていて美味しかった。
どれも濃厚な赤ワインにも負けない味に仕上げてる感じだった。
