前回の帰郷の時はお盆休みの振替でお休みだったので涙を飲んだ担々麺。
一年３ヶ月ぶりです。
ランチは定食やってるのでどんな品があるか楽しみです。

ランチ２番❗️

今日のランチは何だろな〜。
１番はイメージできそうなので、２番をチョイス。
ものが運ばれてきてグッドチョイス❗️
カツがサクサクしてて肉の柔らかさもベリーグッド。チェーン店のトンカツ屋さんより全然いいね。
ソースも四川らしくなく、酸味がベースでさっぱり食べやすい。他のお客さんも結構満足そうな会話が聞こえてきます。
あとはメインの担々麺。相変わらずの美味しさ。
でも今日は辛くないよ、

汁なしも頼みました。

やっぱ俺は汁有り派ということを自覚しました。
スパイシーさは汁なし派ですね。
汁ありのチャーシューも食べたいので、食べたあとの満足感はやっぱりこっち。
でも、汁なしもご飯が進むのは間違いなし。

昼ランチ「１番」のイカです・

ランチの冷製ものはすぐ来るから、とってもいいね❗️
とても箸がすすみ、イカの食感も辛味＆絡み具合もグー。
あと、合わせの野菜もグーです。
でも他のを食べると、担々麺は汁まで飲み干せません

疲れが溜まってきたので、刺激を得るためにまたまた来店。
いつものように棒棒鶏を注文したけど、担々麺の後にお出まし。
あ〜、食べる順番が。本来は担々麺前のつなぎで食べたかったですけどね。
やっぱり残っちゃったので棒棒鶏をお持ち帰りを頼んだら
５月からは持ち帰り不可とのことなので、食べきりました。
もう、お腹いっぱいです。

閉店間際の駆け込み入店

今日はランチじゃないので、単品で棒棒鶏を注文。
いつものパターンで担々麺がくるまでつなぎ、ここでの注意事項は
ライスを食べ過ぎないこと。食べきる前に真打登場なので
棒棒鶏は脇に置いてと。
お腹いっぱいなっちゃったので、残った棒棒鶏をお持ち帰りしました。

月２回の定期訪問。

来ました１ヶ月に２回までと決めている定期訪問です。
今回のランチは何かな？
メニュを見て１番を選択。
冷製のおかずなので早く料理が提供されるのでお腹減ってる組には助かります。
おや、来て見てびっくり。イメージと違うものが来た。早速箸を進めると「うまい❗️」
ニンニクソースにすごい深みがある。辛味が絶妙。全然ニンニクの姿が見えないから不思議。
イメージではニンニクのカタマリか刻みが入っているのかなと思ったけど、こっちの方がいいじゃん。
また付け合わせの菜の花やキャベツがとても合う。
そうこうしているうちに、いつもの担々麺が登場。
おや、今回の味はゴマが強いですね。でもこれまた美味しい。
いつも満足な四川でした。
本当は３番の「焼きそば」食いたかったけど。嫁さんが「炭水化物、炭水化物だね」
と言って諦めました。

ランチに再訪

いつもの定期訪問です。
ランチメニュー＋担々麺で、今日は１番の鶏肉と野菜の四川風和えを注文。
ボイルチキンにきゅうり、ねぎ、セロリ、トマトが棒棒鶏ソースで和えてあり野菜のシャキシャキ感と鶏肉の弾力が口の中で相まってgood❗️和えてあるソースも野菜の水分に負けず甘みを引き出すベストマッチでした。That's perfect.
ごはんもおかわりして、お腹いっぱいです。
担々麺スープを残したのはご愛嬌
