混雑時、追加オーダーはストップさせて頂きます。 |
雲行きが怪しいとある平日のお昼に伺いしました。
口コミやSNSでも人気店で並ぶことは覚悟してたので、朝食を遅めにして開店直後くらいにお店に到着。すでに10組程度待っています。先に記名して、食券を買うシステムのようです。
だいたい着席から到着で45分待ちくらいでした。
カウンター上には千と千尋の屋台のようなドデカ焼豚がずらり。先に食券を通されるので着席してからの着丼は早いです。
頼んだのは、
皿台湾(中辛・ニンニクOK)800円にプラス
チャーシュー240円、ちく天200円
もやし、ニラ、ニンニクの芽、ニンニク、ひき肉、唐辛子をオイリーに炒め、中華麺にどーん。
その上に
甘辛のニンニクダレがかかった、肉肉しいチャーシューがどーん。
そして、
旨辛エキスを吸った衣を纏う竹輪。
超どっかりボリューミーガッツリ飯です。
ひき肉や野菜の味、ニンニクの匂い、辛味がドカンと渾然一体となる。
全体的の印象としてはしょっぱめ。
スタミナ満点、ニンニクの香りを纏わせて退店しました。
せっかくなので、店名にもなってる餃子や他のメニューも気になるところ。
