地下鉄桜通線桜本町駅の2番出入り口から歩いて2分ほどの所にあるお肉料理店です。精肉店まるはちが直営するお店で、その精肉店の2階にお店があります。
平日の12時半近く、店の横にある駐車場から店に入るとテーブル席は8割方埋まっていますが、奥には座敷席が6席ほどあり、キャパのかなり大きなお店です。
客層は主婦のグループが多く、独特の笑い声が耳障りで、旦那が居ぬ間に肉を食らい、金を貯める話で盛り上がってお見えのグループもあります。
ランチメニューは唐揚げからステーキまで幅広く、その中から少し奮発して「一口ステーキ御膳」を注文すると、5分ちょっとで運ばれます。
一口ステーキは、味噌の風味を感じる、良い甘さのタレで柔らかく焼かれ、ジュワッと肉汁が口に広がるとても良い味です。時折、牛らしい風味も出ますが許容範囲内でしょう。
値段にしては量が少なく、付き合わせがもやしにポテサラとチープに感じますが、肉質が良いので良しとしましょう。
