会社帰りにパン屋さんに寄って来ました。
名古屋市瑞穂区東栄町に有る、
「シャルムベーカリー・ポンシェ」です。
小さなお店なのですが、次々へとお客が訪れ、
コロナ禍だと言うのに、店内は常に混雑状態。
人気店の様ですね。
私が買って来たのは下記の4点。
クリームパン
練乳スティック
粗挽きウィンナーのシュバル
アーモンドミニチョコクロワッサン
クリームパンは美味しかったです。
カスタードクリームと生地の相性が良いですね。
「ブレヴァン」には及びませんが…。
練乳スティックは程好い甘さが良い感じ。
噛む程に旨味が増します。
粗挽きウィンナーのシュバルはハード系。
しっかりした噛み応えのパンと、
粗挽きウィンナーの塩味が良く合います。
アーモンドミニチョコクロワッサンは、
チョコの甘味とアーモンドのナッツ感がアクセント。
チョコ好きには堪らない一品でしょうね。
人気店だけ有って、どのパンも美味しいですね。
