瑞穂区役所駅、1番出口を左へ。直ぐ目の前に信号交差点があるので、それを左（東、名古屋女子大学）方面へ。
汐路町2信号交差点を左折、鋭角の一方通行路を入り、左手にお店があります。
駅から、徒歩で8〜10分で行けます。
お店の手前の駐車場に駐車スペースがあります。
土曜日の8時、住宅街にありながら、やはり混雑しています。
お店は、木目調の小箱で、少しほっこりしますね。
店内は、入ると右手にトレイとトングがあり、反時計回りに商品を選べる様に動線がある様です。
どんなパンが、どの位置にあるのか分からないので、取りすぎないように、若干慎重にあります。混雑していたので、列の進みがゆっくりでしたので、目移りしながら、選ぶ時間は、充分ありました。
●フレンチトースト（162円）‥バターとミルクのバランスが、とても良く、どちらの味も、しっかり味わえます‼️甘ったるく無いので、食べ進めやすく、美味しいフレンチトーストですね‼️
食感は、フワッとしています❗
●蓮根と牛肉そぼろのタルティーヌ（346円）‥蓮根は、醤油で味付けして焼いてある様です。蓮根のシャキッと食感がありながら、少し柔らかさも感じます。
ごぼうも入っていて、味付きなので、臭みもなく、蓮根との相性も良いですね❗
牛肉そぼろは、控えめな味付けになっていて、主張しすぎず、蓮根、ごぼうの邪魔をせずに、アクセントになっていて、とても美味しいです‼️
バケットは、中がフワッと外がカリッと食感で、食べていて楽しかったです❗
●お買得（398円）‥クリームパンや食パン（1切れ）など、たくさんの種類が入っていて、どれも美味しく入門編として購入して、味わいを楽しめました‼️
どのパンも綺麗で美味しそうですね‼️選ぶのが楽しくなりますが、悩みますね‼️
レジの接客も、丁寧で好感を持てますので、待ち時間が掛かっても許容出来ると思います‼️
