本日は午後出勤。
出勤前に熱田神宮を参拝した後、駐車場に向かうと鰹出汁のいい匂いが流れてき、昼食には少し早いですが、思わず立ち寄りました。
宮きしめん800円
一口目からうどんのコシ、小麦粉の甘さ、出汁感と醤油の辛さがバランス良く、瞬く間に完食。汁も飲み干してしまいました。
関西人の私も納得いく店です。
