週末午後からのおかげ庵。瑞穂区の堀田駅の近くのお店。ここは駐車場が広いのでいいね。
お店に入ると待つことなく席に案内されました。
ちょいと小腹が空いたのでシロノワールを食べようかと思ったけど、だんごに惹かれてこちらを注文。
コンロを持ってきてくれて自分で焼くんですね。だんご三昧にしたよ。だんごの種類は、醤油と黒蜜きな粉とあんこ。
金網を少し温めてからだんご3本のせました。
これはなかなか面白い。少し焦げ目がついてから醤油をつけては焼いての繰り返し。
金網をにくっつかないようにこまめにコロコロ。
だんごのお焦げがいいよね。醤油の焦げるところ、ほんとおいしそう。
黒蜜だんごは黒蜜をたっぷりつけてきな粉をつける。あんこはだんごにのせる。なかなかおいしそうな仕上がりになりました。自画自賛ですね。
ではいただくことに。
やっぱり自分で焼いただんごはおいしいね。この中では黒蜜きな粉だんごが1番すきですね。
コーヒーを飲みながらだんごもいいですね。
